THE ONE THOUGHT TRAVIS KELCE HAD WHILE ONSTAGE AT THE ERAS TOUR WILL MAKE YOU CHUCKLE.

If you thought you were out of swoons for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's relationship, think again.

On the final episode of the season for their podcast, New Heights, brothers Jason and Travis Kelce discussed their time at the Eras Tour in Europe. 

They specifically discussed Travis Kelce's surprise appearance on the Eras Tour stage, during The Tortured Poets Department segment of the show.

ICYMI, Travis hilariously came out dressed as one of the 1920s back up dancers in the final London show, in a skit that sees them take a depressed Taylor Swift and get her ready to perform 'I Can Do It With A Broken Heart'.

The big screen cameras zoomed in so the audience could see it was Travis, Swift's easily identifiable 6.5ft boyfriend on stage, with him helping her get ready and even carrying her across the stage.

How did Travis Kelce end up on stage at the Eras Tour?

Speaking about the appearance, Travis said it was his idea to join the production. 

"Trav, we gotta talk about it… somehow you made your way onto the Eras stage," his brother Jason said. 

Travis replied, "I initially mentioned it to Tay. I was like, 'How funny would it be if I just rolled out on one of the bikes, during the 1989 era."

He says that Swift laughed but then asked, "Would you seriously be up for doing something like that?"

Travis joked with his brother that he 'hates' the limelight, an obvious display of sarcasm given his dominance of NFL screentime.

"I was just like, 'What? I would love to do that. Are you kidding me?'" he said. "'I've seen the show enough — might as well put me to work here.

"And sure enough, she found the perfect part of the show for me to come in."

Travis joked that it was better he chose this skit than the 1989 bikes.

"There was no, like, bike in case I ran into somebody else or hit one of the dancers or anything," Travis said. "It was the safest option."

What happened when Travis Kelce went on stage at the Eras Tour?

Travis was happy to share the stage with back up dancers Jan Ravnik and Kameron Saunders, the latter being the brother of Travis' former Kansas City NFL teammate, Khalen Saunders.

"One of my all-time favourite team mates, so to rock the field with him and now rock the stage with his brother, you already know… It was an absolute blast," he shared.

"It was such a fun, playful part of the show and it was like the perfect time for me to go up there, just be a ham and have some fun, not only with [Swift]… but the crowd and really try and get everybody excited for the rest of the show. It was awesome."

Travis also shared that his jig on stage was inspired by Jim Carey's moves in the film Dumb and Dumber.

"I always wanted to pull out this move, but I never knew like when I should pull it out where it made sense," he said. "That's one of my favorite moves of all time!"

"And then, I just made sure I played with Tay and got her makeup right."

Travis said it was an "honour" to be on stage alongside his girlfriend, Kam and Jan, and that he approached the performance with his usual team mindset.

"I've always been a fan of dancers, of backup dancers, because they keep things alive. I'm a team guy too, I'm an energy guy," he said.

"I'm in it for everybody to have a good time here. It's so cool, I mean I've seen the show so many times at this point that I'll find myself doing the choreography to some of the songs.

"It's fun to play along, so for them to be up for it and help me and make me look like a pro, it was awesome," he said. 

"You can do no wrong when Taylor's on stage because she's the best at doing it."

Travis Kelce admits his number one goal was not to drop Taylor.

While Travis appeared cool, calm and collected on stage, there was only one thought going through his mind: don't drop Taylor Swift.

This is, of course, is in reference to when he carried her across the large stage as a part of the skit.

"The one thing I told myself was, do not drop the baby. Do not drop this. Do not drop Taylor on your way over this damn couch," he said, speaking of Swift as his precious cargo. "The golden rule was 'Do not drop Taylor. Get her to the couch safely.'"

His brother Jason added, "Don't fumble the baby," an obvious reference to the advice their NFL coaches would give them when carrying the ball across the field.

Despite being 6.5ft, Travis said it was a surprisingly large expanse to travel with Taylor in his arms.

"You don't realise how big that damn stage is... it was way bigger than I ever could have imagined. So being on the stage, I was just like 'man, I feel tiny up here,'" he recalled.

"It was awesome and I didn't disappoint Taylor, so that's all that really matters," he added. "'[I was thinking] do not f*** this up, Travis' — that was my number one goal. 'Do not drop Taylor and do not f*** this up.'"

Wise words. 

Will Travis Kelce go on stage at the Eras Tour again?

Despite his momentary anxiety on the stage, Travis hinted that the appearance could happen again. 

"Shout out to Tay for letting jump on stage with her," he began. "Who knows, it might not be the last time — you guys will have to keep showing up to the Eras Tour to see if I pop out of the stage or what."

Jason joked that it would depend if Swift was willing to trust him.

Travis admitted, "Once I get comfortable, I just stop listening to what everyone says and I start doing my own thing. So she's got to really weigh it up."

Who knows, maybe the next career swap will see the singer in a helmet and shoulder pads on the field?
