Do I need a GP referral to see you?
No. Book directly online or by phone. If you have an NHS letter or X-ray, bring it — but it's not required. We send a report back to your GP with your permission.
Is ingrown toenail surgery painful?
Almost painless. We numb the toe fully with a tiny injection (like at the dentist), you feel pressure but no pain. Most patients walk out, go back to desk work next day and to sport in 2 weeks.
Are custom orthotics worth it vs £20 insoles?
Off-the-shelf insoles cushion; custom orthotics correct. If you have persistent heel, arch, knee or back pain, custom devices change angles and pressure. We show you pressure data before/after so you can see the difference.
Do you treat diabetic feet?
Yes — it's a core specialty. Annual screening with Doppler, callus offloading, ulcer care, footwear prescription. If you have loss of sensation, new blister or colour change, call us same day.
